Returns and exchanges

We offer a 40 day return policy in-store and online. Refunds are issued on the original method of payment.

 

Online purchases can be returned online and in-store. If you would like to make an exchange, simply return the item and place a new order.

 

In-store purchases can be returned and exchanged in-store only.

 

Eligibility for returns:

To be eligible for a return and receive a full refund to your original payment method, please ensure the following:

  • The return must be initiated within 40 days of the order delivery date.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Swimwear
  • Underwear
  • Hair Accessories (including headbands and hair clips)
  • Gift Cards

If you return an item by mail that does not meet the eligibility requirements, Hatley will not refund or send the item back to you.

In situations where you consider the product to be defective, please contact customer service with complete details and photos of the defect.

Return Procedure:


There are two options for returns for orders shipped within the UK:

  1. BY MAIL:
a) Print a prepaid FedEx label. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a prepaid FedEx return shipping label. A £7.99 (plus tax) fee will be deducted from your refund.

  2. Select the order that has the item you would like to return.
  3. Select REQUEST A RETURN.
  4. Select items that you would like to return.
  5. Select the reason for the return.
  6. Add any notes if necessary.
  7. Select  REQUEST RETURN  button.
  8. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for us to review and approve your return. Once approved you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to print your return label.
  9. Ship it back.
  10. Once received a refund will be sent to you in 3-4 business days.

 

  2. IN-STORE Returns:

 

Bring your items into a Hatley or Little Blue House Boutique within 40 days of purchasing the item. Exchanges cannot be processed without original receipts and must meet all eligibility requirements.

Preparing your order for return:

 

  1. Please include in your return parcel the return slip that you received with your order. If you do not have this document, please include a copy of your order confirmation email and indicate the items being returned, or write your order number and the items being returned on a piece of paper and include it inside the box.
  2. Place the return form or order confirmation, along with the item(s) you are returning, in a securely sealed shipping container. You can reuse the shipping container you received your order in, just make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured. Then affix your shipping label.

We ask that you allow up to 30 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

Please note that we do not refund the shipping charges you may have paid when you placed your order.
